Hope Center's Day Center NEEDS YOUR HELP!
Hope Center will be opening its Day Center on Saturdays and Sundays for the winter months for the homeless and people in need as of this week 11/12/11 and is in need of your help. It will be open Saturdays 8am-4pm and Sundays 8am-1pm. Saturdays they provide breakfast and lunch, and Sundays they will provide breakfast (Loaves and Fishes does dinner at 2pm).
You can be a vital part of this program by:
- Donating food for breakfast and lunch (eggs, bacon, coffee, etc.)
- Donating, making, and serving a breakfast or lunch for about 30 guests
- Have a bible study (guests are not required to participate but can be invited to join in)
- Committing to spending time with guests (talking, playing cards, etc.)
- Committing to help supervise the center (8am-12pm or 12pm-4pm)
- Committing to help with clean up
