At Southminster, we feel that Christian Education for both children and adults is an important part of our journey with Christ.

Preschool Through High School

We offer a curriculum based on grade level and we appreciate the love and caring our teachers provide every Sunday.

Adult Education

There are several adult education opportunities, both on Sunday morning at 10:45 a.m., and also on some weekday evenings. Adult education classes include Bible studies, seasonal (Lent and Advent) studies, and a variety of classes on how Christians live in todays multicultural, multi-religious, and secular world.

Women's Bible Study

The Women's Bible Study meets on the third Wednesday of each month, in room 202 from 9:30-11:00 a.m., the study is lead by participants. All women are invited to join (no pre-registration is necessary).

Starts at 10:45am unless otherwise noted.

Youth Activities

Youth activities are for students in grade 7-12. Activities include social, service, and educational events. Each year there is a youth musical which "goes on tour" to Presbyterian churches in the area, at each church a free-will offering is collected to offset the expense of the summer mission trip. Students in grades 9-12, accompanied by adults, go on a mission trip for about 10 days during the summer.
