VOLUNTEERS TO COOK & SERVE MEALS
In partnership with Southminster’s Youth and ‘The Misfits for Jesus’, we are searching for volunteers to cook and serve a meal for the Waukesha homeless community on the 2nd Saturday of each month, November-April. We are looking for volunteers to help from 10am-1pm. Meals are prepared at Southminster and are served at the Hope Center.

The Winter's Farmers Market is on November 19th. This will be a joint venture with Southminster and St. John's Lutheran Church. Together we will help prepare the market meal. Southminster will be hosting a table showcasing all of the things we do as a Matthew 25 church. (Pine Ridge Outreach, Misfits meals at the Hope Center, Healing Hearts, Community Garden, etc). The date is November 19, 2023 the time is 9:00am-12:30pm. More vendors will be added to the market this year. The winter markets are trying to recover from the Covid pandemic years.
Saturday, December 2nd, 2023
Join a group of Southminster members on December 2nd at 7:30pm as they enjoy the Christmas concert of the Jubilate Chorale. Getting together for social time and supper before the concert is strongly encouraged. A sign up sheet will be posted for members wishing to hear the concert. The concert will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church at 20275 Davidson Rd. The tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for seniors.
